All Paws In is a 501(c)3 dedicated to collaborating with and providing support to families, communities and rescue organizations to help animals in need.

Board Members

Marcia Sandford, President

Marcia has been in rescue for the last 11 years. She worked in the technology industry for 30 years prior to retiring 5 years ago. She started as a kitten foster and now helps dogs, cats, and foxes in many different capacities. She lives with her husband and 3 children, way too many cats, and her rescue dog, Kayla.

Kelly Conover, Vice President

Kelly has been involved in animal rescue since 2010, when she began fostering pitbulls in New York City. Since then, she has been a dedicated advocate for the pitbull breed. Kelly has volunteered in various capacities with shelters and rescue organizations and became more regularly involved in hands-on rescue work after teaming up with Marcia in 2022. Outside of animal rescue, Kelly is a psychologist and lives in South Orange with her husband, 5-year-old son, and their rescue pittie, Stevie.

Jennifer McManus, Secretary

Jennifer McManus lives in Maplewood with her husband, two daughters and two rescue pups! She tries to raise awareness for rescue animals through her platform as real estate team lead for Coldwell Banker's "The McManus Team" based in Northern NJ. It's important for Jen to volunteer and sponsor rescue-animal events as well as donate back to local shelters and fosters. Jen was previously a volunteer for local animal organizations in NYC including Mighty Mutts and Ollie's Place. She thanks her mom, Dottie, for her tireless volunteer work as a shelter animal educator as well as her work towards making her local chapter of the Humane Society a No-Kill shelter while she was President.

Rachel Fishkind, Treasurer

Rachel is finishing her second year at Colorado State getting her degree in veterinary medicine. She graduated from the University of Maryland and has been helping her mother with her fosters for the last 11 years. She enjoys working out and spending time with her animals, family, and friends.
